Care
Movement and posture guidance
Plain guidance on how you sit, sleep and move, taught in the room and written down for home.
Guidance is part of care, not a promise. It helps you notice what you do all day, and what to change if you want to.
What a visit includes
How you sit at a desk or a counter, and how you set it up
Sleeping positions and pillows, if you want to change them
A few simple neck movements, shown and written down
How to return to activity, in small steps
When to stop and call us

What to know before you come
How long and how often
Guidance fits inside a visit. Your doctor sets the plan after the exam and changes it as we re-check.
What we do not claim
We do not say a stretch, a pillow or a desk setup corrects the neck. We say what to try and when to stop.
How it is paid
Ask the front desk how guidance is billed. We tell you in advance, in writing.
How fees work
A few questions
Do I have to do the movements at home?
No. They are suggestions, and you choose. If a movement hurts, stop and tell us.
Can you look at my desk?
Bring a photo or describe it, and we talk through changes in the visit.
Is there equipment to buy?
No. We do not sell products, and nothing here needs equipment.
Ask about guidance
We can go through it at any visit.
- A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
