Care
Gentle adjustment
A light, specific contact at the top of the neck, done only when the exam calls for it.
Neck adjustments carry rare serious risks, which your doctor explains before any adjustment. You can ask questions, pause or stop at any time.
What a visit includes
A review of what the exam found and why an adjustment is suggested
A plain account of what you will feel, and of the rare serious risks
One adjustment, with a light contact, done slowly
A rest, then a check of how you feel before you leave
A written note of what happened and what comes next

What to know before you come
How long and how often
Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and changes it as we re-check. We do not promise a number of visits.
What we do not claim
We do not use forceful twisting of the neck, and we do not say an adjustment treats a disease or promises a result.
How it is paid
Ask the front desk what an adjustment visit costs. We tell you in advance and give you an itemized receipt.
How fees work
A few questions
What will I feel?
Many people feel light pressure. Some feel tired or sore afterward. Tell us what you feel, and we stop whenever you ask.
What if I feel dizzy or unwell afterward?
Call us the same day. If it is sudden and severe, or you have trouble speaking or seeing, call 911.
Can I ask for a different approach?
Yes. You can decline an adjustment and keep the exam, or we can refer you to another provider.
Talk it through first
You can ask the doctor every question before you decide.
- A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
