How fees work
Insurance we work with
Some health plans pay for part of chiropractic care, and some pay nothing. Ask us what we can bill to yours. Medicare covers only manual spinal manipulation. Exams, x-rays and other services are not covered.
Most PPO plans
Medicare, for spinal manipulation only
Out-of-network plans, by receipt
If you pay yourself
We tell you the fee for each part of care before it begins, in writing, and you decide whether to go on. Ask the front desk for the current fee list.
Receipts for reimbursement
Ask for an itemized receipt (a superbill) at any visit. You can send it to your plan. A plan may reimburse part of it, and the plan decides.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. Ask us, and we give you a written estimate in advance.
Checking your benefits
Call the number on your insurance card before your first visit and ask what your plan covers for chiropractic care, exams and x-rays. We are glad to go over what you learn.
What the first visit includes
Your first visit is a conversation, an exam and a plan. Imaging happens only when medically necessary, and we tell you what each part costs before it happens.

Three more answers
Not sure we are a fit?
Call or write before you book. Asking commits you to nothing, and Jalen can tell you what the first visit involves.
If you need to change a visit
Please call us as early as you can if you need to change a visit. Ask the front desk about our cancellation policy.
HSA and FSA cards
Many people pay with a health savings or flexible spending card. Check with your plan, and we give you a receipt that lists each part of care.
A question about a bill?
Call the front desk. We will go through it with you.
